With it’s display size of 11.6 inches and thickness of only .12 inches it has all you might need including 1xUSB 2.0 and 1xUSB 3.0 ports, 1x mini VGA port, 1x micro HDMI port, stereo speakers powered by Bang&Olufsen ICEPower, 0.3 megapixel camera and other. We were very pleased by it’s brushed alluminium alloy body, which keeps your laptop in safe from physical shock and also gives your laptop significant look. It is unbelieveable to have such an incredible processor in this size laptop. There are only two laptops has this laptop so far: Asus ZENBOOK and latest MacBook Air. It is important to mention that Asus was named as #1 most reliable PC brand by 3 indepednded sources. This laptop goes with 1 year accidental damage protection, which means no matter how your laptop was damaged, Asus will fix it or replace it for you during the first year after purchase. Also we like a really large for this laptop-size touchpad.

The bottom line:

This laptop is one of the smallest and yet, high-perfomring laptops. It is made to be a good, reliable and small assistand with a long battery life. It doesn’t have a good graphics, but for anything else – it is just perfect.

Have you heard about one of the newly arrived Sony flagmen’s? Well, here it is. This laptop is fully equipped with new technology. An outstanding design, which goes hand in hand with it, makes it one of those things you want to own from the very first sight. But let’s talk about stuff which contributes to this deep impression. First of all the heart of this laptop is a second generation Intel Sandy Bridge Core i7-2720QM processor with 2.00GHz frequency, this is a top Intel’s processor supporting Turbo Boost Technology which enables you to rise the processor frequency up to 2.9 GHz in case of necessity. Multitasking is not even a question for this processor. The graphics are no less important here too, and GT 540M with 1 GB of memory does very well. It is capable of working with all games at the highest quality settings without the slightest hesitation. It is also perfect for watching HD movies.

There should be a special chapter about its sound system, but I will only say that it is one of the best I’ve ever listened to.

Don’t forget about the whole other bunch of stuff inside: card readers, Wi-Fi, optical drive, web camera, multi gesture and others that had become integral parts of top laptops.

The bottom line:

This is the laptop most of people are dreaming of. Without a doubt it is a real Macbook Pro’s rival . It is difficult to judge which one is better, but I must say that you will never regret your choice.

Sony keeps on proving that it is possible to combine all the best features in single product. For example, what would you expect from Intel HD 3000? You, actually, will be able to play the latest computer games at low settings, and you will be able to work for nearly four hours in a row without charging it. Plus there is plenty of free space for your music or video.

The bottom line:

Sony is Sony after all. There is no way they would produce something that is half way finished. There is no hesitation that this is one of the best laptops in the same class so far and it would be there for the next couple of years for sure.

There is a very vague chance that you might find something better for the same price. This brilliant laptop combines both efficiency and reliability and all for the ridiculous price. This gadget would be an ideal birthday present or family purchase.

It is extremely important to keep up with all the things going on around us. This portable but nevertheless powerful laptop will never let you fall behind. No matter where you are, the UL20FT-XA1 is small and light enough to be carried with one hand, browse the Internet, read, or work with others. All that being mentioned it is still comfortable (women have no trouble using it either).

How about its efficiency? Considering the fact that laptop carries the Intel Core i3-380UM processor with its 1.33 GHz, it is powerful enough to work with a couple of programs simultaneously effortless. This notebook is equipped with with 2 GB of DDR3 RAM (1066MHz) and in case you are not satisfied with it, there is possibility to increase it to 4 GB (processor supports up to 8 GB depending on the type of memory). Let’s get to the graphics part, shall we? To be honest about its graphics, I wouldn’t say that it is this laptop’s strong side. The Intel GMA HD is enough for work and will allow you to spend some time watching HD movies.

The only thing it would have hard time doing is gaming. Not that it’s impossible to play games there, but it is just not powerful enough for up-to-date games. Even though it may seem that ASUS lacks serious graphics, but we have received up to 6 hours of batterly life instead.

The bottom line:

This light laptop will be an ideal choice if you are looking for every day portable working device. Upgrade it for extra productivity, and you’ll get more power power for a reasonable price. I wouldn’t consider it as gaming laptop though.
